By purchasing art you agree to the following conditions:
Anthro and feral characters only, max 4000x4000 PNG, canvas will be resized accordingly for non-square images.
*This is a digital product, no items will be shipped out
I will draw: SFW, anthro, feral animals & creatures
I won't draw: NSFW, fetishes, complex backgrounds, humans, mecha, anything hateful, political, characters that don't belong to you/You have no permission to use
*I reserve the right to decline any request I see fit

Can include "Simple shape" BGs, like a square, circle, border, pattern, etc behind your
character.
These are very simple, so they don't cost any extra!
I will need a clear digital reference of your character, or a clear traditional reference. If your reference is traditional and you want your colors exact please provide a digital palette sample/Hex codes!
(Please be aware that different lighting and shading effects as well as backgrounds can alter the appearance of colors around it.)
Commissions are done on a first come first serve basis with a 1 week to 1 month wait time.
PAYMENT PROCESS
50% upfront deposit- Payments are non-refundable after the 2nd deposit.
You will need to pay a 50% deposit to get a mockup, which is a rough sketch to map out poses, expressions and other elements. Once given approval, the other half is paid before I continue the piece.
If you cancel your commission within the mockup stage you will be refunded your 50% deposit.
Once I am paid the other 50% of the payment to continue the piece, the payments are no longer refundable.
*However if I am unable to finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded.
EDITS/CHANGES
If you aren't sure about something within the mockup phase please let me know! Don't be afraid to ask as this is the best time to tell me and make tweaks!
Past this phase I can make small edits for free, but anything more complex requires additional fees. (E.g, changing parts of the piece like moving an arm around, which may require editing several layers.)

(If it's a mistake I made it's free of charge, but it must be clear from your provided references and description.)
USAGE RIGHTS
You can use the artwork you've commissioned from me for your personal use only, this means you cannot make a profit off of my work.
You may not use the artwork for AI or NFTs.
I may post my work to my social media and portfolios; Private commissions cost 30$ on top of the regular price. (Apart from pieces that will stay private for a short period of time like birthday gifts, which do not have any extra fee!)
Also, I will not tag you in the post unless you specify you want me to.
You may not alter the artwork unrecognizable from its original form, or remove identifying information. (E.g removing signatures)
*Cropping to fit screensavers, icons, banners and using filters is okay!
It is the customer's responsibility to keep the digital file safe after the commission has been finished and delivered- While I like to try, it is not within my ability to keep archives! Once the file is sent to you, I am no longer responsible for keeping it.
